Online Sessions

 
 

One-On-One Sessions

I am offering Live streamed one on one sessions 100% customised to your body’s needs. These sessions will take place at a fixed time slot that works for both of us from Monday to Friday. If you would like to share your movement with family and/friends we can look at doing Duo’s, Trios, or Personal live-streamed classes. If your schedule doesn’t suit having a fixed time slot, you will have more flexibility with Pre-recorded sessions.

Pre-recorded customised sessions

In your first session we will talk about your current lifestyle and any challenges your body may have. I will then take you through a few exercises to help me evaluate your movement patterns. This information will help me customise your pre-recorded sessions for your unique body. We will then have another live-streamed session 3 months later for a re-assessment. Both one on one live sessions and pre-recorded sessions are 1 hour long.

In-Person Sessions

 
 

I teach you in the comfort of your own home. I love my in-person session as they offer a different dimension to learn more about how your body moves. These sessions give me time and space to see your body’s movement patterns from many angles offering additional information helping me to better customise these sessions to your body. I offer Private, Duo and Trio sessions from Mondays to Fridays in a time slot that suits both of us. I travel in and around the Randburg area. All in-person sessions are 1 hour long.

Charni Battams

My teaching career started when I became an Archery coach in the early 2010s. In 2016 I leveled up and completed my comprehensive BASI course, and in 2018 I completed a beginner mat course through Body Control Pilates to get better acquainted with mat work. I now teach online and in the comfort of your own home.

I enjoy working with people who have physical challenges from injuries, disabilities, and/or lack of confidence. The fit human is always welcome in my session too. I thrive on working with the “everyday” human and providing a space where everyone feels welcome and relaxed.

I create environments where life is welcome, furkids included :) Have you tried the challenge of extra resistance when a little human crawls all over you or your pup laying on your tummy? “Thinking emoji” It definitely makes the session unique and entertaining at times.

I want all who work with me to feel comfortable in the space we are doing lessons together, and at peace with their individual challenges. I am a very patient and understanding instructor with a deep focus on getting the technique done to the best of your body’s ability.
